Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14Â days. If 14 days have passed since the arrival of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. If you wish to return it with your own shipping label, please inform us.
Final Sale Items
We sell used items from K-pop section, which are sold as-is and considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
If you order multiple K-pop items in a single order and only part of the order is available, we will:
- Ship the available items, and
- Refund the unavailable portion of your order accordingly.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—there is often some processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email cs@bringko.com and send your item to:

Please note:
- You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable if you've paid for it when you order. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping fee and return shipping will be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
